I started going to Urge Fitness about 2 weeks ago. I wanted to get the full experience before I tell about it. I cannot express this enough, they are AWESOME people. One of my mechanics told me about the gym. I gave it a try.
It is a 24/7 gym. Very nice open and spacious. I signed up for their 29.99 membership which is the second cheapest. They offer classes in that package that are free.Yoga, Zumba, and more.... I love it!
You are greeted immediately on arrival and departure. They are always very friendly and understanding. It reminds me of that show Cheers. "Sometimes you Wanna go where everybody knows your name...." They pronounce my name correctly. And I have a pretty hard name to pronounce; must less remember. But yeah, If you live NJ and in the Mercer County area. They are conveniently on the NJ Transit bus number 607. It is a great suggestion. No one bothers you. It's a judgement free zone without having to tell you. Weights are in one area and other equipment in another section.
I don't have a lot of friends, so I don't know how to make friends. But I feel like they are my friends there. All the staff is very nice, warm and inviting. Great place for casual, conditioning and hard core combat training. By the way, there locker rooms are amazing.
The smoothies there are fabulous. The vending machines inside have healthy options only. Also ear buds and combination locks for purchase in the vending machines. I paid $4 for combination lock. Not too pricey.
